QMS education

Lead Auditor courses are a competency-based 3-4-day course which teaches good principles and practices of the leading quality management software system and process audits in accordance with the standard. Our experienced instructors explain the clauses of the standard in detail and guide students through the complete audit process, from managing an audit program to reporting on audit results. Students gain essential auditing skills through a balance of formal classroom tutorials, role-playing, group workshops, and open forum discussions.

The Basics classes provide an overview of the standard. These courses are highly recommended for organizations which are considering certification or accreditation for the first time. Courses cover eight hours of training which will help you understand the value of certification or accreditation for your business, the impact to your organization, and the steps to compliance.
